The Site does not provide Medical Advice of any kind. It is up to you to weigh the advice given to you by the health care professional whom you contact on the Site. However, you agree that MTCR will not be responsible for any medical advice you receive from a healthcare professional on The Site since that will be privileged communication between you and your doctor.

MTCR facilitates medical travel and related services for patients visiting Costa Rica to receive medical, dental, therapeutic and other types of treatment. We are not medical advisors, healthcare providers or a medical referral service.

All of the content available on or through the Site is the property of MTCR and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and/or any other intellectual property law. MTCR gives you permission to display, download, store and print content from The Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MTCR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, injuries (physical or psychological), liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from your violation of these Terms of Use.
